Terms of delivery
General
Disc24.fi, business ID: 3346616-5; sells products to individuals and companies in Finland and EU regions. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and to deliveries.
The terms of delivery are valid from 20 September 2023. We can change the delivery conditions from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The prices and product descriptions of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product's product presentation. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include tax (marginal tax on used ones), which appears in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Payment service provider
Shopify payments and PayPal act as the implementation of the payment brokerage service and the payment service provider. Please read the terms of use of the payment service provider you use.
Shipping costs and methods
The delivery costs charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method. Delivery costs are automatically added to the order total. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
We use Posti's services for our deliveries.
Postal
Postal package
Get a package from the automated teller machine or from the post office. We deliver to the whole of Finland in an environmentally responsible manner. Packages are usually delivered on weekdays within a day. Follow the progress of the package with the OmaPosti application - you will receive a message when you can pick it up. Domestic and Finland's largest collection point network.
Home package
Home delivery at the selected time We deliver in an environmentally responsible manner, at the agreed time. Choose a delivery time from the calendar shared via the link. You can follow the progress of the package with the OmaPosti application.
A small package
Delivery of a small package to a mailbox We deliver in an environmentally responsible manner to a mailbox or a mailbox along with other mail everywhere in Finland. You can follow the progress of the package with the OmaPosti application.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the homepage of our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you enter your e-mail address when you place the order.
If for some reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose when placing your order.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to the EU region are 1-5 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More precise times will be announced in connection with the product options.
Return conditions
Customer satisfaction is particularly important to us, so all our products have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In the event of a return, you only pay the costs resulting from the return. The products must be in their original condition. Transmission check, error and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it to our customer service as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.

Limitation of liability
Disc24 is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.
Disagreements
We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service first to settle the matter.
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service.
